Old Rock Café

You know those great little places you find on the best road trips? The Old Rock Café is one of them. It’s located right next to the entrance to Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park alongside the Rocky Broad River in Chimney Rock Village.

Enjoy tasty sandwiches, crisp salads and yummy desserts, either indoors or on our scenic riverside deck. View our complete menu. Or, order a Hiker’s Lunch to take out on the trails.

It’s nothing fancy, just a fun place to relax, have a great meal and sip a soda, glass of wine or a cold beer as you savor the incredible views.

NOTE: The Old Rock Café will be closed for renovations for about three weeks* starting January 16. The project includes redesigning the layout, replacing equipment and paneling in the kitchen and replacing the carpet. Read more about our winter capital improvements.
