Advanced Trips 'Guided Single and Multi Day Aid Climbs'
Aid climbing is for those who wish to take on Chimney Rock’s steepest seemingly un-climbable faces. The Guide climbs the rock ‘on aid’ placing gear, clipping and climbing up, then the client climbs the rope using mechanical ascenders. You can choose if you would like to do an aid climb in a single day, or spend the night on a ‘portaledge’ (tent hanging on the face) and do the full value two day ascent!
