| Dragon Boat Racing is the fastest growing water sport in the world! Lake Lure is excited to host the inaugural Lure of the Dragons event on Saturday, May 10. Community and corporate teams will compete both on the water for fastest time and off the water for most money raised for local children's charities.
Lure of the Dragons will also feature a cultural celebration with music, dancing, a children's area, and much more.
Chimney Rock Park is offering our Annual Passholdlers the chance to participate in this one-of-a-kind event. If you're interested in helping us paddle to victory, send us an email with your name, phone number, email address, mailing address and a why you want to "lure the dragons." We're looking for up to eight paddlers.
