HGTV DreamHome to be Some Lucky Winner's Wonderful Reality!
After much anticipation, the stunning new HGTV Dream Home is finally a dream no more. Before one lucky winner gets the prize of a lifetime, you'll have the opportunity to tour this incredible house through arranged shuttles to and from the home.
And while you wait for the shuttle or after your tour, the Park is a great place to see the incredible grandeur of Hickory Nut Gorge. Its rich and vibrant history begins with the origins of Chimney Rock Park. Since the tour of the Dream Home is only 20 minutes, plan to visit to the Park while you're here. The Park gives you a good look at what this area is like, all bundled up in winter attire! We're only 2 miles west of the Hickory Nut Gorge Visitor's Center where the tours depart and return. The Old Rock Café, located next to the entrance of the Park, is open everyday from 11am-4pm featuring daily soups, sandwiches, burgers, barbecue, beer, wine and sodas. The HGTV Dream Home is a sight to see for sure, but even more spectacular is the incredible surroundings of the towns of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. We're looking forward to showing it all off to you.
